Challenge

Full-height elevations demand consistent colour and texture across every scaffold lift, sound substrate preparation and weather windows suitable for render application.

Approach

Substrates are surveyed and made good before beads, reveals and movement joints are set out, then render is applied bay by bay in continuous passes to avoid banding, with decoration to remaining elements completed before the scaffold is struck.

Result

A uniform, weather-tight envelope finish with crisp corners, reveals and drip details, and external decoration matched across the whole elevation.
